This single-story home boasts 4 impressively large bedrooms, 2 with their own private en-suite baths, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, pillow top mattress, ceiling fan and a 75” HDTV. The massive glass doors take you right out onto the patio with direct pool and spa access. The master en-suite bath features a oversize bathtub with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large walk in closet. In addition, there are two additional kin bedrooms both with king beds pillow top mattresses, 75” HDTVs and reach-in closets. One of the king bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, pillow top mattress, 75” HDTV, reach-in closet and shares the hall bathroom that has a sink and bathtub/shower combo.
For Monthly renters, utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.
