The property was clean and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed from towels to cookware. And the ease of access to the pools made for a great stay.

Fun in the sun

I've stayed here many times over the years to attend the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. I LOVE this property! It's quiet, clean, and safe. I'll be back next year, for sure.

Great community

This VRBO is located in a very nice community up against the wilderness edge in La Quinta. Very private and well maintained. The unit was very comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. The added bonus of this rental was the grounds - many nice walks around the community, and various pools to use.

Clean & Great location

We stayed for 5 days for Spring Break w/ the kids and my parents. It is great location right next to the Satellite Pool which is my favorite because it is quiet and less crowded than the main pool. The villa was very clean, well stocked with towels, extra toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Gotta Love the Heat!

Between 90 and 100 almost every day. Twelve pools to choose from. Our fourth stay at Legacy Villas and hope to come again.

Great Community

Legacy Villas is a beautiful community with well kept grounds and spacious units. There is a bit of deferred maintenance in the unit itself but it is still very nice.

Loved the layout & high ceilings of the unit with nice view of mountains & spacious balcony. Pools & overall property are very nice. The unit is tired & needs some maintenance plus a deep cleaning.

Great setting

Loved the location next to the mountains and the numerous swimming pools to choose from. The unit is nice sized with a great layout. Personally I am bugged that with all the extra fees they don't provide you with enough basics, such as TP, to last you for a two week stay. Individually run places seem to have a different attitude about their clients.

It was sufficient but not great

Everything was fine except the living room tv didn't work, only the master bedroom tv was in proper working condition. When I reached out to the rental company, they responded on the morning of our departure. Too late. Also, requiring a $60 fee for a late-checkout request is price-gouging. We stay at Legacy many times a year but I won't return to this unit.

Nice property

Had a great stay. The condo is very comfortable. Grounds of the property are wonderful. The pool is very close. Fun view. We'd stay here again.

Convenient location easy to get to Palm Desert shopping or PGA West golf. Bathroom #2 was small with limited sink counter space. King size mattress was in main bedroom could be better.
