Another Great Stay at Legacy Villas!

This is our 4th stay at Legacy Villas and it never disappoints. Great property and privacy. Condos are all comfortable and have everything you need.

Comfortable accommodations

Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Well maintained complex with security gate and not too far from grocery stores. Overall would stay here again if in town and would recommend to others.

Peaceful Workcation

My husband and I spent 5 lovely days at this property. The unit is comfortable and conveniently located right in front of a small pool. The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances and everything you need to make meals. Grocery stores and restaurants were all within a short driving distance. The weather was really hot so we really didn't do much except work during the day and go out for dinner in the evenings. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant stay.

Ok but..

I’ve stayed at several Legacy condos in the past 6 months and sorry to say this one was disappointing. The good: sunny south facing, nice view over the pool, needed an xtra 1/2 hr on departure day that was generously given, easy comms with manager. The not so good: front door patio was dusty dirty old furniture and beat up walls, bedroom closets were full of broken and unused items, kitchen cabinets also need a clean out, lots of old mismatched and unused things that should be thrown out. And walls also need paint touch up. Maybe good if you have a bunch of kids and don’t mind a rental in that condition. Hopefully the owners take the opportunity to get it cleaned up, it could be a very nice little unit.

California Villa stay

I came in to town to see my sick brother. This was my first week staying at a Villa in the same community. I stayed the following week in a lower level Villa around the corner. If I were to come back, I would want to request a stay at your place! The only thing that I noticed that I did not like were the shower heads in both bathrooms. They are not good at all. Very hard to rinse off. Thank you for a comfortable, safe place to lay my head at night.

Home away from home

This property was amazing. First I would like to give massive kudos to Darlene. Her checkin instructions were so east to follow. The door code and garage codes were provided in advance which made the whole checkin process simple since we arrived late in the evening. The unit was fantastic. Very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. Having a dedicated garage to park our vehicle was a huge bonus since not all units on the property had a garage. The garage is tight so but our midsize SUV fit in nicely. You just have to take it slow when entering. The unit was just behind one of the community pools and only a short walk to the main pool. The gated community was quiet and felt really safe. The property was convenient with stores and restaurants close by and plenty of golf courses nearby. We stayed during Tropical Storm Hilary and felt scary since the property was right against the mountainside. But the unit held up nicely and we experienced zero flooding or power outages. Our car was parked nicely in the slightly elevated garage so that was really nice. Darlene was great at warning us about the tropical storm coming in and even gave us the option to stay an extra night after the storm since the freeway was washed out. Cannot say enough nice things about the unit and the hosts. Would definitely stay hear again the next time we are in town.
