The Space:
A gorgeous upstairs one bedroom, two bathroom Spa Villa along Avenida Obregon. Sit above the main tennis court and pool area behind the resort and enjoy breathtaking mountain views from your private balcony. Guests enter the second story villa from an exterior flight of stairs with ample parking beneath and around the villa. A cozy living room with a wall-mounted flat screen, gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa sits to the left as you enter. A large bedroom suite with a desk, second TV, king bed and en-suite bathroom is located to the right of the entrance. The layout provides comfort and quiet as you relax in one of the Coachella Valley's premier locations. A full kitchen with every major appliance and ample cookware/dish-ware offers guests the ability to eat at home either at a small dining table in the unit or own their own private balcony taking in magnificent desert sunsets. A heated community pool and hot tub are just steps away and the location is just a short walk to the restaurants and conference rooms at the front of La Quinta Resort. Additional amenities include a full second bathroom off the living room and a stacked washer/dryer in a closet below the unit. You won't find a better location to enjoy your next desert retreat!

GUESTS STAYING IN THE VILLA DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LA QUINTA RESORT HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING MAID SERVICES, ROOM SERVICE, THE HOTEL POOLS OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER. ACCESS TO THE SPA VILLA POOLS AND HOT TUBS SURROUNDING THE UNIT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CALIFORNIA VACATION VILLAS ARE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY.
Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 5 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. The Spa Villas are part of La Quinta Resort and their staff provides security within the community. The parking in La Quinta Resort is unassigned and open to all guests/visitors. Guests should park in the covered spaces directly below the unit or in the open parking along Avenida Obregon. You are not required to have or display a parking pass.
The Neighborhood:
The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned condos surrounding Spa La Quinta at the back of the resort property. Guests staying in the Spa Villas enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the Spa Villa units are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort. The lobby area includes multiple dining options including Twenty-Six, Adobe Grill and Morgan's Steakhouse. A variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's American Express event is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!
Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area

Occupant agrees to comply the following:
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
a. May not exceed 50 lbs.
b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older.
c. Must be spayed or neutered.
d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended.
3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises.
4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants
electronic form of payment on-file.
8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
10. California Vacation Villas assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the Premises.
NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the Premises. If smoking does occur on the Premises, (i) Occupant is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; (ii) Occupant, Authorized Guests, and all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises; (iii) Occupant is in the breach of this Agreement; and (iv) Occupant's electronic form of payment on file will be charged for cleaning/repairs needed as a result of the smoking.
