This two bedroom villa was super clean. Easy check in and out. Fantastic location. Only downside was that the seating area (sofa and chair) were worn and sofa was a loveseat. Not comfortable for more than 2 people. Slight update needed! Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Everything was nice, had to extend stay for job completion and management handled that nicely. 3 missed details: no propane for barbecue. Onsite Kuerig was broken/didnt work. And there was a wood cutting board that was falling to pieces I finally chucked in the trash!Overall a great stay, thanks!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It is located near two pools just steps away. The only reason that I gave it only a 4 star review is because the living room ceiling fan didn't work and the main shower had low water pressure.

We were instructed not to go lower than 76 on the thermostat. The bedrooms were cooler at times and needed the fan. The living room was uncomfortable as there was little AC ventilation there even with the highest fan setting. For hotter months this isn’t comfortable, luckily there was only 2 of us. When booking directly with legacy they don’t enforce this rule. Also the remotes were very confusing. We had to figure out that the Roku remote turned on the tv in the living room and one of the other bedrooms. The instructions in the welcome binder were inaccurate. Other than that, great value does the stay and condo had excellent amenities.

Nice place with great location, good fitness area, beautiful grounds and conveniently located next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is spacious with two balconies, all of the kitchen amenities you would need. Very clean! Just need to figure out the urine smell by the kitchen carpet. Wonderful stay!

Great spacious condo perfect for two couples. Beautiful full bath and shower rooms for each separate bedroom. Great inclusion of mini fridge and microwave in the guest suite which makes it feel like two masters. Well equipped kitchen and two separate and lovely balconies to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drinks. The complex itself is just stunning. Beautifully landscaped and nestled right up against the mountains with a variety of spectacular fountains scattered throughout. Although some of the furnishings could use a little update we would stay again and recommend to others.

The home was well laid out and comfortable. Super clean and well stocked with all creature comforts. Concierge service was impeccable, accommodated crazy travel schedules and kept all of us well informed and confident in our visit. Loved the hiking trail and the huge selection of pools.

Love Legacy Villas and have stayed there several times and never have had such a difficult time checking in. Had to wait at the gate in blazing heat for 35 minutes until the office emailed them the proper documents for us to check in.

Stayed there last November and again this March. Great kitchen w/gas stove which I really liked. Fully equipped with quality cookware, another plus. Has a separate almost studio apartment as its 2nd bedroom. living area is spacious enough and the master bedroom, very comfortable. Small pool down below and just a quiet, relaxing place to stay when in the area.

The unit and property were fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, good amount of cookware and utensils etc. (although knives need to be sharpened), beautiful grounds, plus several pools (and hot tub) on the property was a huge bonus—and the main draw for us since we have kids. Check-in process was a little confusing but staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely condo located in a beautifully maintained complex. The condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well appointed for cooking meals. We appreciated the good lamps provided in the living room and bedroom for reading. The condo is located in a quiet area where you don't hear any road noise at all. There is a pool very close to the condo, and it's easy walking distance to the larger main pool and a lap pool. We thought the owners did a great job of anticipating all the needs of their renters and making their stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely rent this condo again. The only negative aspect for our stay was the check-in process was confusing and didn't go well. The email we received was unclear, so we called Vacasa to obtain specific instructions. It wasn't until we spoke to the fourth Vacasa representative who knew what should be done and provided specific instructions to us. Vacasa needs to provide specific instructions what the renter is expected to do for check-in.

Our stay was great. The villa/condo was beautifully furnished and designed. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and striking with the nearby mountains. The place was also impeccably clean. Our only problem was that the cable/satellite box on one of the 2 TVs didn’t work and the check-in was bit confusing because we didn’t know where to park initially. I would definitely come back though.
