Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. Barely got in 4 hours of sleep, then went for breakfast (I had already paid for it). Half the fruits were stale, the eggs boiler was connected but even after trying 2 times of 10 min and with assistance of the staff, the eggs never boiled. I just left the hotel without proper breakfast as I did not want to be late for my business meetings, deciding I'll never ever return to this establishment again. The staff was professional, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and 24 hours assistance as bare minimum. Please avoid

Le personnel reste correct. Mais le reste est catastrophique. Je ne fais jamais mis d’avis négatif mais là je le fait pour les personnes qui pense que ce lieu est un hôtel. Rien n’est isolé un bruit épouvantable, tout résonne dans le couloir et l’accueil jusque dans votre chambre. J’ai loué 2 nuit . Le 1 et jour j’ai laissé ma tasse de café que j’avais utilisé sur le petit bureau. Le soir en rentrant le lit était fait mais la tasse toujours sale . Une serviette pour 2 jours . J’ai dû acheter un gel douche au lieu d’avoir ces pseudo échantillon gel douche pour me laver.

Bon équipement dans la chambre avec bouteille d'eau et plateau thé café. restaurant la porte à côté de l'accueil (La Boucherie), petit bémol sur chambre côté autoroute où on entend la circulation malgré le double vitrage dans la journée, moins le soir avec le volet fermé et la circulation moindre. l'accueil a été parfait, mais je crois qu'il serait bon que les directeurs d'établissement prennent le temps de dormir dans les chambres qu'ils proposent à leurs clients. entre le radiateur à 30cm de la tête de lit, et surtout le bruit continu de fluide dans le mur (radiateur arrêté il s'entend); j'ai eu le sentiment de dormir à coté d'un robinet qui coule en permanence, donc déçu que cette chambre ne soit pas à la hauteur
