La Richardais, the small locality on the Rance river 1km south of Dinard. The residence " Le Petit Robinson" is a house divided into 8 apartments. It is located on the border of Dinard, along the coastal road that leads to Dinard. Residence "Le Petit Robinson", renovated. 8 apartments in the residence. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dinard, 600 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: property 850 m2 with lawn, parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "La Bodinais" 210 m, railway station "SCNF Saint-Malo" 9 km, ferry "gare maritime du Naye" 8.2 km, sandy beach "Le Prieuré" 1.4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, sailing school 1.4 km, indoor tennis centre 2 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 2.3 km, sports centre 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 900 m. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Prieuré beach at 1400m, possibility of swimming only at high tide. Coastal paths within walking distance 500 meters. Busy and noisy road.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. WIFI not possible.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Mon séjour s'est relativement bien déroulé. La récupération de clé a été très simple. Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement était propre, assez de place pour 5 personnes. Les + de l'appartement : - Le parking privée - Le jardin privée - La proximité à la plage, commerce etc ... - Très calme

casa confortevole e pulita, luminasa e rifornita di tutto

Casa comoda per raggiungere tutte le località della Bretagna e molte della Normandia. Pulita, confortevole, ariosa e luminosa, con due bagni (senza wc) nelle due camere e un servizio wc intermedio in comune alle due stanze.. Letti molto comodi e spaziosi. Un po' sacrificata la cucina, senza microonde e posto per porre le stoviglie lavate a mano (per questo meglio utilizzare la lavastoviglie), ma rifornita di tutte le stoviglie che servono e abbastanza nuove (per questo non ho dato le 5 stelle). A terra c'è la moquette. Le prese di corrente sono di tipo italiano. La televisione ha solo programmi francesi.
