Your holiday home is on two levels: On the ground floor: • Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge, • Separate toilet, On the 1st floor: • A bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, Exteriors: • Private terrace of 23 m², • Garden of 1 hectare shared with the owners, • Shared courtyard of 2000 m² offering space to park your vehicle, • The property is located at the end of a dead-end road, with an electric gate with remote control. Formerly a fully renovated workers' canteen, this independent cottage offers you a comfortable stay in a natural and green setting. Located on the banks of the Jaudy, on a plot of 1.6 hectares, with a shared entrance and a common area with the owners who live on site. You can enjoy the hiking trail and fishing directly on site. Just 400 m away, the nautical club offers canoe and kayak rentals as well as stand-up paddleboarding initiations. Shops are 600 m away, in the city center (mini-market, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.). The joys of the seaside are within reach: just 13 km away, discover the magnificent Trestel beach in Trévou-Tréguignec, and 14 km away, let yourself be seduced by the wild Buguélès peninsula in Penvénan. 7 km away, explore Tréguier, a town of character, or Pontrieux, a charming little town with its marina and famous wash houses. Immersion in a small town of character with a rich medieval past! Nestled at the bottom of the Jaudy estuary, this small town is marked by the daily rhythm of the sea, located 10 km away, and the tides.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.La petite maison est fort agréable, très bien équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle. Elle est à proximité du village, à 5mns du centre du village. Très pratique pour faire des randonnées et des balades.L'environnement est calme, en pleine nature.
