    Il est au 2ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le lac des Minimes et se compose d'un séjour avec BZ donnant sur un balcon , un coin cuisine équipée, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant. Rideaux occultants pour plus d'intimité.
    Les Plus de cette location à la mer : balcon avec salon de jardin pour apprécier la vue, parking privé, Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisée.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
    La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. L'appartement est bien situé à 15,20min à pied du centre, immeuble calme, joli vue sur le lac. Le bémol, c'est l'état dans lequel on la trouvé... Très sale malgré le ménage sois disant fait (les frais de ménage m'ont été remboursé vu l'état) micro onde, porte serviette, table basse endommagé... Au vu du COVID, mes enfants n'ont pu profiter de la piscine à leur guise (trop de monde, donc turn over... On s'adapte !) Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour mais après 4h de route, la joie a l'arrivée n'était pas présente... Dommage mais il me semble pas compliqué d'améliorer ces divers points pour les prochains !

location sur le lac

Appartement spacieux et vue sur le lac. Juste déçu par l'agence Foncia pour le ménage qui n'était pas fait dans l'appartement et il restait aussi les draps des autres occupants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à part ce désagrément.

Suite à la location ci dessus référencée, je souhaite vous faire part de mon manque de satisfaction. En effet, lors de notre arrivée, la réception par votre correspondant (Foncia) nous a semblée "légère" . Pas d'accompagnement sur les lieux, et constat suivant: ménage non fait, salle d'eau très moyenne avec impossibilité de fixer la douche sur la colonne (attache cassée), fuite d'eau sous le lavabo et rideau datant étendoir à linge rouillé matelas usagé pour ne pas dire plus une des deux lampes de chevet inexistante manche du balai serpillière cassé certains éléments de la vaisselle manquants aucun constat lors du départ (ni de l'arrivée) chèques de caution non rendu( vous seront adressés plus tard) Ceci est dommage car l'appartement est bien situé au calme et assez proche du centre En espérant vous avoir éclairé sur les problèmes rencontrés lors de notre séjour si vous souhaitez des photos je suis en mesure de vous en fournir
