We hebben genoten van een heel fijne vakantie. Vriendelijk ontvangst. De gastvrouw is ontzettend behulpzaam en geeft zeer nuttige tips over uitstappen in de omgeving. Het was een heel goed uitgerust verblijf. Alles aanwezig om de vakantie zo fijn mogelijk te maken!

Séjour en famille au calme et verdoyant

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et avec un jardin très appréciable . Au calme, idéal et pratique avec des enfants. Trés bien équipée. Propriétaire vraiment attentionnée et arrangeante. Au centre de tout pour s'évader, en ville, île de Ré, Chatelaillon, etc...

Agreable sejour professionnel

Nous avions réservé cette location pour raison professionnelle a 10mn en voiture du centre ville. Nous avons egalement profite du jardin bien aménagé et des commodités de la vetanda et des chambres.

Très agréable séjour

La maison de Martine est idéalement située pour découvrir La Rochelle où il n'est pas toujours aisé de circuler et de stationner en voiture. A 10 min du centre-ville en voiture et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Proche des plages. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. La maison est vraiment très agréable, ainsi que le jardin dont nous avons bien profité. Martine est une hôte bienveillante et chaleureuse ! Il y avait plein de jouets pour les enfants et même un petit cadeau pour ma fille à l'arrivée ! Ainsi que deux bouteilles de vin, quel plaisir ! Accueil et lieu rare. Je le recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour

La maison, bien équipée, est en tout point conforme aux photos et descriptions. Martine reste attentive à notre bien être et fait preuve d une grande disponibilité tout en veillant à demeurer discrète. Son intérêt pour les enfants n'est pas vain et ils le sentent ! Maison avec jardin parfaite pour un séjour n famille avec 3 enfants en bas âge.

Hôte très sympathique qui aime réellement les enfants. Elle nous a accueilli avec des petits cadeaux pour eux. L'hébergement est une aile de la maison qui a son propre jardin. Idéal pour les enfants qui ont également de nombreux jouets à leur disposition. La propriétaire a respecté notre intimité tout en étant disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Dans un quartier très calme à 4 minutes à pied de Leclerc. Parfait pour les courses. A 10 minutes en voiture du port de la Rochelle et des centres d'intérêts (vielle ville, les halles, les tours, l'aquarium, les musées, plage.) A 30 minutes à la ronde (ile de Ré, Fouras ses plages et son village, plage de Chatelaillon, etc.) Idéalement situé pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Avec ses 3 chambres, sa cuisine et la véranda qui donne sur ce jardin, le lieu est agréable. Toujours un œil sur les enfants. Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Sweet host!

We are a family of 5 with three children under 6, we used the property as a base to explore the wider La Rochelle area such as the wonderful Il de Re! The Host Martine was very attentive and considerate, the property is in a quiet suburb that is safe, free parking for the car which is safe. A large Leclerc supermarket is within walking distance as is an excellent boulangerie so the locality ticks many boxes. It is not walking distance of any beach, however we found that it was well placed between the urban beaches and parks of downtown La Rochelle and the quieter more rugged beaches around Nieul sur mer. Turning to the physical property itself, it wasn't perfect, however what property is in this price range? We found it more than acceptable and spacious for a family holiday and we felt very safe there and felt it offered good value for money, Martine's hospitality in particular will stick long in the memory! Would recommend to families!

Idéal en famille avec enfants

Logement agréable avec une jolie déco et un beau jardin. Nous y avons passé un séjour très plaisant. La propriétaire est très accueillante et a eu de délicates attentions pour nos deux enfants de 8 et 12 ans. Les 3 chambres sont agréables et confortables (2 lits double et 1 lit simple) et toutes équipées d'un téléviseur, il y a un accès wifi qui fonctionne bien. Les familles avec de jeunes enfants seront bien accueillies : livres, jeux de société, légos, feutres, crayons, petite table pour les enfants, chaise haute et une petite pataugeoire dans le jardin pour les plus petits. Bien que situé à proximité d'une avenue principale le logement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme ce qui permet de profiter en toute quiétude du ravissant petit jardin. Leclerc à proximité et boulangerie à 5 min à pied. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Une location superbe, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Une propriétaire au petit soin, qui malgré son absence pour raisons familiales, a pris le temps de prendre attache régulièrement pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. très belle ville de LA ROCHELLE. Bref que du bonheur.

Très bon séjour, dans cette maison, pleins de jouets pour les enfants, table à langer,etc.. Jardinet bien aménagé et agréable. Propriétaire charmante et faisant partager les bonnes adresses de sa région. Localisation idéale pour aller rapidemment sur l'ile de Ré ou les plages de Chatelaillon.

Parfaite petite location

Nous avons trouvé cette location idéale pour une famille de 5 comme nous. Elle est fonctionnelle, propre, et la propriétaire est absolument charmante ! Elle a un sens de l'accueil formidable... Merci encore Mme CRESP ! La location est idéalement située car en-dehors du centre ville et donc en-dehors des bouchons. Et l'accès aux différentes voies pour naviguer dans la région se fait en 5 min : tout comme l'accès au centre ville qui est rapide ! C'est une maison extrêmement calme et reposante... Je recommande vivement !!!
