This apartment of 69 m2 fully renovated and furnished by a young architect, designer, consists of 1 beautiful living room where the original wood floors have been preserved and restored, 1 kitchen, 1 bed room 140, 1 bathroom
+ 1 mezzanine of 12m2 with sofa bed modular 140.
All windows overlook the garden, accessible to all occupants of the residence.

Séjour très agréable qui a été facilité par l'accueil très bienveillant de notre hôte !
L'emplacement de cette location à proximité de tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances (plages, commerces, restaurants, activités et loisirs) permet de limiter l'usage de la voiture et les déplacements inutiles.

Le Séjour de Printemps Idéal à La Rochelle
This lovely apartment was the ideal base of operations for my two-month stay in La Rochelle. Proximate to all the local attractions and necessities, I was grateful for the ability to relax in the beautiful salon and shared garden at the end of my pleasant days spent in the Old Port, the central market, and neighboring islands. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was adequate to my needs, and I never wanted for a car given the apartment’s perfect location. The check-in/out process was a breeze and I look forward to my next visit!

A Beautiful Spot
