“Property was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Common area very well taken care of. We did have some issues with the shower drain being clogged which maintenance did their best to resolve. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend!”

“My wife and I stayed at this condo for the weekend and the photos do not do it any justice! Amazing view and condo. Definitely will be staying again. I had some hiccups with the elevator and the host was quick to respond and assist.”

“Julio Cesar was one of the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in my life. Him and his wife made our trip amazing. The only thing is that there was no hot water at all in our room and we tried several times to try and take a shower but the water never got even warm. ”

“First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. Property manager had the decency to give us more time to check in and check out, wonderful experience over all! Would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent, well equipped cabins. Fireplace is a nice addition. Also has A/C and a propane heater if needed. Juan who resides on the property was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience! ”

“Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10”

“We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. At low tide, you can walk quite a distance along the beach and explore tidal pools. We loved that it was walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and close to other surf breaks. The……

“Great spot at the top of las gaviotas. Quiet, clean, and perfect for a low key surf getaway in a safe community.”

“What a lovely view. Had a great experience with my son and girl. The bed was great for 2 adults and a kid. I do recommend having more bbq grills for each tent, the bikes were exposed to weather so just one was usable. The bathrooms are super clean and nice. Overall great experience. ”

“The service was excellent and we felt welcomed. There’s a restaurants, bars and 2 pools which was so convenient. The property does need some upgrade and remodel though. The mattress is very stiff and I think the hotel should consider adding a microwave and Iron in the rooms. Overall it was a great safe stay with my family. I give it an easy 4.8/5. ”
