“I didn’t liked nothing about the hotel They never clean my room I stayed there for two months I will have pay extra for them to change sheets and clean the room. Ever week they will raise the price. I think they taking advantage of the jobs the boom they have right now.”

“Did not end up staying. The description for the hotel states wheelchair and van parking. Upon arrival there was no where to park a van and trailer. Nothing was specified about there not being parking for oversized vehicles. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all, and even though there was a sign on the wall that stated that there was a manager on site. The manager was not there. When the front desk clerk tried to call the manager about the problem, the manager did not answer. Then the clerk……

“Great place I’ve never had an issue I usually stay here twice a year for events I go to out in Greeley and it’s always the same nice lady !”

“The property was pretty run down. I was in a room that had supposedly been recently remodeled. The air conditioner unit was pulling away from the wall and there were gaps to the outside. The buttons were also faded and hard to figure out. The tv worked once I figured out to change the input, but the language and settings were all set to Spanish. I figured out how to change the audio language, but not the settings. One of the light switch plates was broken. The baseboard heater units were also……

“Was close to the location we needed to be at. You need to let people know that you have to leave a security deposit for the room as some guest do not always have $200 on a card or extra cash for the deposit. They book thinking everything is already covered. This stay was for a funereal, not something you plan for.”
