Apartment T4 character chalet style under the roofs, near the departure of the slopes,
about 5 minutes on foot.
Shopping centers at the bottom of the building with crêperies, pizzeria, bank, sports shops, ski rental, bakery, food, pharmacy, tourist office.
A day nursery "the smurfs" is open for young children during the ski season and is located at the start of the slopes.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, raclette set, fondue set, Nespresso machine, TV, video games, PlayStation,
Linens provided by major brands Sylvie Thiriez and Angel des mountains.
Refined table service and warm apartment decoration.
Soft and fluffy throws available when returning from the ski.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and also a mezzanine area with sofa bed sleeping 140.
Two bathrooms: upstairs shower and wc on the ground floor bath and separate wc.
A balcony with view on the slopes and sunny.

Appartement spacieux et parfaitement équipé

Logement bien situé à proximité immédiate de commerces et d'activités (piscine, mini-golfe, paddle...). Appartement très propre et bien entretenu (la cuisine était neuve). Parfaitement équipé. Accueil en présence physique et petit cadeau de bienvenue.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, très cosy, super bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour 6 adultes.Situé à 5 minutes de distance à pied jusqu'au télésiège la Casse du Boeuf, et à proximité des commerces, de la piscine et de la patinoire, son emplacement très central est parfait.Le contact avec les propriétaires et avec Isabelle, la concierge, a été fluide et agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée.Il n'y a effectivement pas d'ascenseur, mais les 3 escaliers sont très spacieux et faciles, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.Nous reviendrons !

A weeks skiing in Villeneuve Serre Chevalier

Excellent fully equipped warm and comfortable apartment in close proximity to slopes with accommodation which suited family plus grandparents. It’s on the third floor with views and balcony, but there is no lift. Ski locker on ground floor (only for skis). It’s a great place.

Nous avons passé de magnifique vacance en famille L’appartement est tellement cosy chaleureux ! Les photos sont identiques à la réalité ! A 3 mins à pieds des pistes ! Le plus il y’a un local fermé à clé en bas de l’immeuble pour ranger ses skis luge chaussure de ski etc La disponibilité de l’hôte est parfaite elle réponds dès qu’on a besoin de renseignements !!! Cosy et pratique !

L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé et très bien équipé. Il accommode très confortablement 4 adultes (6 possible, potentiellement en se serrant un peu les coudes pour la partie salon dans ce cas), la literie est de qualité et tout est propre est fonctionnel, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bel appartement, agréablement décoré, emplacement parfait car tout peut se faire a pied, mais il serait plus fair-play de signaler que c'est au troisième étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. A partir d'un certain age, ça compte !

Très bel appartement, très bien agencé, avec un charme fou ! Tout était parfait, literie excellente, confort assuré. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds à partir de l'appartement. La petite terrasse est aussi bien agréable. Et le petit plus qui fait beaucoup : le plateau de fromages à l'arrivée. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil si chaleureux !
