“Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. “Pretty small hotel, with a very big signage on a main road. But it's so small that they don't have a proper reception, all check in and out and anything are done in the restaurant area. I don't think my stay is at the high season, but the hotel rate is far too overpriced. Service is not much since there's very few staff in the hotel, but they manned everything, front desk and a restaurant. It showed the lack of service in the breakfast time. “I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”
