The villa offers a magnificent garden surrounding the structure with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, giant bamboo shower, and various deckchairs and for the swimming pool, barbecue and solarium terraces, inside an open plan kitchen lounge with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, second bedroom with second bathroom plus balcony on the 2nd floor. The villa is located 1 km from the center and the central station of La Spezia.
The structure is energy class A + with walls that guarantee perfect acute and thermal insulation.

Family oasis outside La Spezia

We had a wonderful time in the house. We had everything we needed and Aldo and Giovanni provided wonderful service and tips for local restaurant boat cruises. Also helped with restaurant reservations and locating a boat tour. Giovanni takes care of the house and yard each morning. He also helped us order pizza delivery and get needed items for our pet. We found a nearby restaurant to walk to and at there several times. Wonderful views and clean home.
