Maison et Hôtesse exceptionnelle

Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa).

Large villa , Excellent and peaceful location to relax

Super helpful host nothing too much trouble with suggestions and help for restaurants and attractions. Such a amazing views from the many terraces in a amazing location

A lovely villa but needs some renovations and a pest controller

We enjoyed the La Spezia area very much and the villa was perfectly located to this area. There were many bugs that could easily be treated. The bathrooms/showers are quite small and the electricity struggles to power the villa.

Lovely but remote

We The problem was that it was so far away. The villa was lovely, but we couldn’t get a taxi to come there. We got adept at walking to the bus stop and taking a bus down to eat or shop or catch the train to Cinque Terre. Then we could get a taxi back up.

Family home with beautiful view

Villa ideally located for La Spezia and Liguria coast with two nice restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. You can even walk to seafront if prepared to spend 45 minutes on foot and train station is nearer still. Last 250 metres uphill to villa a bit of a thrill in large van so better to park in “The Square” at the bottom. House is absolutely lovely and well equipped and only drawback is that due to it being listed building, pool is really just a large outdoor bath with wave machine and sauna though quite fun. Owner is really helpful and on hand at all times and is very nice lady with lots of good ideas for activities. Very highly recommended.

Amazing villa. Wonderful host

Can't recommend this villa enough. It is beautiful and lives up to the photos and reviews. Set in the hills overlooking La Spezia, every room has a spectacular view of the port. The house is set over three levels, and is spacious and airy. Large bedrooms and living areas gives you privacy and comfort, especially if you're staying with a group of friends. The swimming pool is perfect after a long day hiking in the 5 Terre. And for a change in pace, La Spezia is a 5 minute drive away. The host, AnnaLu is AMAZING. Was always available to answer questions and help us plan our days. She was indispensable! She organised a cooking class with a former Michelin chef - incredible - and took us shopping to the seafood and fresh food markets for cooking supplies. Everything about this stay went better than we had hoped. You are in safe hands with this property and will get your money's worth!

Prachtige woning erg groot en in top lokatie

Prachtige grote woning, makkelijk voor acht personen te accomoderen. In toplocatie Italiaanse Riviera: korte reistijden naar 5-terra - vooral per boot heel gemakkelijk te bereiken. Huis levert ook een kok. Zeker de moeite waard als je niet s'avonds naar een restaurant wilt. Prijzen net iets hoger dan goed restaurant ! Echt een aanrader deze woning met een wat groter gezelschap ! Zit ook veel historie in deze woning !

Villa mit Gefühl

Die Villa entspricht voll den Angaben im Inserat. Sie ist sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Terasse ist ein Gedicht. Die Vermieterin Annalisa ist hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Amazing view

We were only a week in this beautiful villa, but I can not speak highly enough of the owner, very friendly and always ready to help and to give advices. The view from the window the location is great, in a few mins you can reach Cinque Terre. The large park and the swimming pool are lovely. We could not find a better solution indeed.

Lovely villa

This villa is really beautiful and very near to the fabulous Cinque Terre. The Villa is big enough and very comfortable. The large garden and the pool are lovely and extremely relaxing. The scenery surrounding the property is wonderful. The owners are a charming and courteous couple, and as helpful as can be. I would definitely recommend a stay at this villa to anyone wanting to spend some time quality time in a tranquil surrounding and comfortable place.

Lovely Charming Villa

We stayed at villa Marinasco in early July 2014 with our two boys aged 2 and 4 years old. The accommodation suited us and we were provided with everything we needed. The pool area was great and the water temperature of the pool was fine for the children. The owners recommended places for us to visit in the area and places to eat . The area itself was a great base to visit the surrounding towns and villages. We will definitely be returning. It would work well for an extended family holiday given the other two lodges available.

Breathtaking view

The pool was just the right size for a cool off and our four and seven year old children found it very easy to get in and out of. On a couple of nights we had fantastic thunder storms with sheet lightening over the sea which has been fantastic. The villa is well-equipped with all comforts. The small gardenwas perfect for sitting and reading at the end of the day and enjoying watching the many tiny lizards when we had breakfast. We highly recommend Villa Marinasco :)

ELEGANT VILLA
