「Very nice property and relaxing pool. A welcoming relief from the touristy crowds in Arles.」

「Room Was great for what we needed. The balcony view was amazing. Breakfast was huge and offered a wonderful variety. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shower had a small amount of mold and we found some piles of hair in the bathroom on check in but otherwise room was clean. Out refrigerator did not cool but staff provided ice to keep our things cool. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a terrific stay.」

「The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!」

「Great property, amazing staff, but old decor and missing decorations in rooms (very basic). Considering all i would stay again」

「No where to park to drop off or pick up bags as other hotel users left their cars and went off to have breakfast in morning. Rooms very bland and boring. A bit shaby and worn. Should have had a room over pool but given room over noisy road. Went back to complain and reception reluctantly gave us a room over pool. No sleep as bar was noisy so you have choice, noisy bar or noisy road. Breakfast was ok, food a bit dry and overdone. If staying for one night fine any longer then find another hotel.」

「Lovely friendly welcome with a glass of cold water offered. The receptionist showed us the amenities of the hotel and where our room was and went out of her way to make us welcome. We had an upgrade on our room which was much appreciated, it was so quiet and breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return on a night when the restaurant is open. Thank you again」

「Beautiful hotel! Staff were very helpful and recommended us some lovely restaurants. Pool area was well maintained and breakfast was fantastic.」

「Un lugar espectacular en donde puedes pasar días inolvidables … detalles increíbles por parte del personal…. ambiente agradable …. comida riquísima y un SPA precioso」

「Everything was great. I recommend having breakfast on the rooftop terrace.」

「C'est la deuxième fois qu'on loue à cet endroit et toujours aussi appréciable dans cet appartement et environnement, à bientôt pour la troisième fois !」

「very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question.」

「Amazing hotel! Everything was well thought out and the staff were helpful and kind. The location is a minute from the beach. Oh and their breakfast is well rounded with lots of options. I’m a celiac, and they had a great bread option for me each morning.」

「Everything was amazing! The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, explained everything pretty well. The room was clean, organized, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast was amazing! They had so many different options, fresh food and delicious drinks. Loved the place and everything!」

「All fine for a 3 night stay」
