“I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. “This hotel is wonderful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend dinner. We had some of the best carbonara and pizza I have ever tasted. The airport transfer was very easy. The driver was waiting for us, right outside customs, with our name on a sign. We also used their transfer to the cruise port the next day, which was great and only cost 8 Euros.”

“A small family-run hotel with just a few rooms. The owner asked about my arrival time and greeted us at the entrance. Exceptionally clean room with free snack and drinks. Walking distance to McDonald and pharmacies. Close to cruise terminal but you cannot walk to the ship. Will have to take the free shuttle which the owner is happy to explain. The air con was not too reactive to adjustment so we open the window. Overall it’s a pleasant stay. ”

“Staff was super friendly. Location for our cruise was great. 13 minute walk with luggage to cruise bus stop to get picked up. Breakfast was toast, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereal, and coffee. I would stay here in the future. Grocery stores about a 3/4 mile walk. Plenty of places to eat close by Train station about 10 minute walk.”

“Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. High ceilings and lovely outlook onto cafes below. Fiorella was lovely, so kind, communicative, efficient and helpful. Great location for the port and cruise ships, we walked there with our suitcases. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything ❤️”
