LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Le Phare, single-story house, behind the dune, built on a plot of land left in its natural state (approx. 600 m²), located a few steps from the access to Grandes Loges beach (access to Tranche 11 - approx. 10 m), 1,500 m from the town center (approx. 25 min. walk).
- An entrance opening onto a large living room (approx. 57 m²), divided into:
-> a kitchen area (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, small single-door refrigerator, dishwasher),
-> a lounge area with two sofas, an armchair, a TV (flat screen/satellite), a mini hi-fi system, and a fireplace (decorative only), which opens onto a terrace and garden,
- A hallway in the living room provides access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, comprising:
-> three spacious bedrooms with ample storage, one with a single bed and a double bed (120 cm), and the other two with two single beds each. Adjoining:
-> 1 bathroom (sink and shower) with toilet and washing machine, 1 separate toilet,
- 1 garage (accessible from the kitchen), used for storage, with a 2-door refrigerator (freezer compartment).
Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi access.
Outside: large garden, sunny terrace (south-facing), garden furniture, parasol. Parking in front of the house.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €100 flat fee. Linens are not provided. One pet is welcome: €25.
Electricity consumption is extra during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 1st to December 31st).
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
Outside a 250m2 pool open (July/August)
