Another great stay

This was the second time we have stayed in this property. The standard of the accommodation is excellent, comfortable and very close to amenities. The view is probably the best you could ask for, sea, beach, wonderful sunsets. One of our favourites was watching the sailing school children go out on to the water.

A peaceful paradise with an amazing view

Spacious, well equipped, in an amazing location. Just a few hundred metres to shops and restaurant and the beach and sea just at the bottom of the garden. Watching the sunsets every evening was something really special. We will be back.

Tres bonne vacance

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance , Cependant pour le prix de l’hébergement à la semaine nous aurions aimez avoir une cuisine avec des robot plus fonctionnelle et mieux équipé. D’autres part la chambre que nous occupions avec mon conjoint a des trace humidité au plafond qui ne fond pas vraiment net . La télévision capte très mal , impossible de la regarder plus de 30 minute sans perdre le signal . Cependant la maison et très bien situé et décoré avec goût . Les salles de bain sont refaite donc très bien ! Les coucher de soleil sont superbe également . Nous avons connue des séjour meilleur qualité prix mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonne vacance en famille .

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans une très agréable villa les pieds dans l’eau. Splendide villa très joliment décorée. Chaque pièce est aménagée avec goût et raffinement. Chaque chambre est équipée d’un salle de bain refaite récemment. Réactivité du propriétaire et de la personne qui vous reçoit. Tout est parfait

Deuxième séjour

Deuxième séjour à la villa joyeuse. Comme l’année dernière, nous revenons ravis. La maison est toujours aussi fonctionnelle et son environnement idéal. Les salles de bain et toilettes ont été joliment rénovées rendant les lieux encore plus agréables. Idéal pour une famille avec un chien cherchant la proximité immédiate de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants.

séjour mitigé

Très bon accueil de la personne gérant la location et serviable. La maison est située à proximité des commerces, des animations. Vue Imprenable sur la mer. Les salles de bains sont un peu vieillottes, la literie est excellente, il y a tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Gros bémol en revanche le soir où des jeunes se rassemblent sur la plage devant la maison avec la musique à fond et fument des joints, sans compter des jets de pierres et bouteilles sur les volets.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement est idéal et la vue mer imprenable. la maison est bien équipée, petit bémol pour les salles de bain "dans leur jus" et la propreté. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un formidable séjour en famille.

Superbe séjour et location parfaite

Maison ancienne joliment rénovée et parfaitement située directement sur la plage. Tout est parfait, l'accueil est efficace et ponctuel, la maison est très bien aménagée, le jardin est clos et agréable, la plage est en bout de jardin avec accès direct. L'environnement est calme et tout est à proximité : commerces, restaurants, locations de vélo,... Le tout à moins d'une minute ! un séjour parfait et un lieu à recommander et une région très agréable. Merci.

la mer, rien que la mer, hors du temps

Une adorable maison de famille accueillante- et où l'on est accueilli- , arrangée avec goût, où tout est accessible et disponible, entourée d'un jardin clos, admirablement située sur une petite plage proche de toute la vie d'une station hors d'âge, à l'écart des excès de la modernité. Un vrai BONHEUR !

Les pieds dans l'eau

Excellent séjour dans une villa spacieuse, les pieds dans l'eau, très proche des commerces et du marché. Pour les amoureux de Ronce les Bains ou les novices, ne rechercher pas une autre location, la villa Joyeuse est un petit diamant. Merci à Valérie pour son accueil et au propriétaire sans qui nous n'aurions pas passé un mémorable week end en famille.

Exceptionnel

Villa joyeuse vue sur mer Tout est conforme au descriptif sur internet. Villa très lumineuse, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Jardin clos où nous avons pu laisser notre chien. Possibilité de déjeuner dehors, transats, parasols, et barbecue à disposition. Valérie qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer la maison, est très sympathique, et disponible si besoin. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.
