The kitchen had a lot and all the rooms and bathrooms were nice but some of the house was in kinda rough condition and some of the sheets had red stains on them and it was very difficult to lock the back door. “This is a very nice property in a very nice neighborhood. There’s a grassy park just across from the house that’s wonderful for walking your dogs. In El Paso neighborhoods grassy spots are hard to come by so this was a very nice surprise! Close to highways, shopping, and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and nice. Will stay here again.”

“My fiancee and I stayed here for several days. The walls are thin and you can hear the outside, but the a/c noise will counter the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper like me, I would recommend a noisemaker if not used to street sounds. The bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft for me (so I travel with my own), and the walking room is just enough. It is a small studio in rectangular format so there is not much room to spread out even with 2 short people, but it was just enough to eat,……

“Bathtub was NOT sanitize, had hair in it and on floor/ baseboards.bathmat in tub had slime and stained ,never been moved to properly sanitize.( I cleaned it) Very little water comes out of Cold side on bathroom sink.Carpet needs vacuumed ( found glass in Mstr.bedroom) ( Couch in front room had beer caps and trash under seat cushions. “We had a wonderful stay at Walter’s casita. Walter is an exceptional host and answered any questions we had lightning fast! The casita is very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the yard and we loved that it was so dog friendly ! If we are ever back in the area we would visit again !”

The linens, while clean, we're a bit old as they all had pilled. The bathroom mat was not clean. The outside furniture is not useable. And the parking arrangement was confusing--we finally did hear from the property owner, hoping that how we had parked for 2 days already was okay.”
