“A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. “The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Great location from which to explore Montreal! Don’t judge a book by its cover- this apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly to questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. I messaged the host and a repair person came within half an hour to fix it for us. ”

“This vacation home is few steps from the metro station, there are many restaurants nearby, has one parking spot included at the back of property and within 3 minutes walk there’s a indoor parking lot, very old yet functional and can be control from your phone through “Click and Park”. Good communication with owner or property manager. There are two flights of stairs to climb, so take that into consideration. Still pretty good, recommended!”
