“The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”

“The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street.
