Sunny studio, fully furnished and equipped, situated in the heart of the cultural life of Montreal, corner of Saint-Denis and Sherbrooke streets and a few steps away from Sherbrooke subway station.

Alone or as a couple, this small apartment, on the rooftop of a residential building, will suit you perfectly!

You will be within walking distance of all of Montreal's attractions, will have a huge terrace and access to a free parking spot which is rare downtown Montreal.

Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. We very much appreciated the designated parking space included in the rental price. When the wi-fi suddenly went down on our last night, Frank responded promptly with a solution. My only complaint is that the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, so plan to bring your own if that's a concern. The bed itself was firm, but supportive. Overall, the condo served our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Needed information

Very comfortable apartment, very good location, etc. The problem we had was with the instructions: I had parked in a garage by the time I got a reply to my question about what to do with the car. And we thought to use the WiFi after we felt it was too late to contact the caretaker, so we had to do without it. Clear written instructions would solve this problem. The lack of an elevator should also be noted.

Great location!

Frank's flat provided everything we needed during our week in Montreal. The location was great! It's a block away from a pedestrian-only street in the Quartier des Spectacles filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and street performers. It's possible to walk down to the Vieux Port and Old Montreal areas, although it's a bit of a hike (about 15 minutes). The Metro station is just around the corner, though, allowing you to get anywhere you want, quickly and efficiently. The flat is small, but enough for 2 people. We appreciated the AC (30 degrees plus high humidity!) and the rooftop patio for morning coffee. (I would highly recommend the addition of an umbrella so it can be used throughout the day!) We also appreciated Frank's quick responses to a few small problems that occurred while we were there. He attended to all our needs so that we could be completely comfortable. I recommend this flat as a small, simple, but highly convenient accommodation. We'd stay again!
