Monica was AMAZING!!!! She was so accommodating and patient with our requests. She made a great suggestion as to which bunkhouse to stay in with a toddler (8B) and I’m so glad we listened to her. I had to email and call her several times with questions and her responses were kind, timely, and exceeded all of our expectations. (If her manager is reading this... she deserves a huge raise!!)

We had a delightful stay at Zion's Camp and Cottages.

We had a delightful stay at Zion's Camp and Cottages. Even with some of the most breathtaking views and hikes in the park, staying in the bunkhouse was the highlight for our 4-year-old son. Everything was comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to a thunderstorm while staying dry and warm. I may never camp again! All interactions were via email and text. Everything was clear, easy to understand, and straightforward.
