「We stayed in the appartment in July 2025 two persons. Lets take the upside first, if you want a centrally located appartment, the appartment is a good choice, the appartment was clean and fairly silence during evening and night. The single bedroom is very small, and the appartment should be able to cater for 4 - 5 people, I would say a maximum of 3 people. We missed some kitchen equipment, such as a Electric kettle, whisk,ladles, table mats a.s.o. - quite ordinary eqipment and easy to fix for...

I liked the quietness of the area and local accessibility to bakeries, supermarket and short distance to centre of Caen with its artisan shops and restaurants. And best of all, the apartment was dog friendly and cool enough to leave them if out on people only attractions.」
