“The Pelican House is a great location, on a quiet street and is located a few blocks from the beach. The bed is comfortable. The house has everything you need besides your food and drinks. It is clean and unless it’s foggy you have views of the water from the beautiful back porch (my favorite spot). The owners are pet friendly and the Wi-Fi is great. Love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times”

“The private pier was awesome, we used it mostly for fishing but it was also nice for just relaxing. We caught trout, catfish, and alligator gar. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We hope to return. Hosts were very nice to work with.”

“Very nice place to enjoy the quiet, family time and fishing. The owners provided many amenities. We want to come back! The house has 3 bdrms and 2 of them have bunks beds plus another bed. One bathroom is downstairs including an outdoor shower. Pellet grill and pellets included! We loved the commercial ice maker downstairs. There’s also a kayak available although we didn’t have an opportunity to use it. I would recommend the homeowner provide more pictures and description of sleeping areas,……

“We've stayed three times in this neighborhood and this has been our favorite property so far. Kevin and Fran have made lots of updates. It's great having the boat dock at the house and a public ramp right down the street. While the fish didn't cooperate this time, we still had a blast celebrating Easter and hanging out with friends.”
