「The room was large with a beautiful hand laid parquet hardwood floor. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Linens crisp and clean, duvet comfy, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff lovely. I miss the full service restaurant where we had been eating since 2007, but the breakfast is still good and the staff efficient and friendly. This is my home away from home. 1 star lost because of restsurant. But they do leave in the room a list of places that deliver, which is very handy. And the pool...

「This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet.
Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in...

「We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment.
The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked.
The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion...
