“A beautiful, lovingly restored cottage on the Bayou LaFourche and an unexpected treasure. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with absolitely everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home, including toothpaste! Ms Rosa is the most gracious hostess and we loved our 10 days stay. Sick to death of hotels for these marathon business trips, a VRBO rental has proven to be a winner and we are relaxed, revived and invigorated rather than worn out and exhausted. Boiling hot non stop……

“The pictures of the place look cute. When we got there we were horrified! My family and I arrived to the property, and discovered the 3rd "bedroom" was a refinished garage without heat! It was 40 degrees that night. We also found mouse dropping in a different bedroom. We travel with pets so we had no other choice but to stay the night. We didn't arrive until after 9pm. When we woke the next morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We called the owner right away. He knew about the roaches……

“This is a great property at a great location. There is a park right behind it that has been newly updated. It has a walking track, cornhole and plenty of stuff to play on for the kids. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Will stay here again.”

“Great stay in Thibodaux for Christmas to visit family. The home is older and rustic, with lots of character and many original features. We looked it up and found it to be built in 1908. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated and filled with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. Nothing was cheap, like you find in many rentals. The host was great to communicate with and answered any questions I had before and during the……
