Perfect location during winter

Great week in Rabac.

Beautiful apartment in a great location above Rabac. Everything exactly as described and thanks to the great kitchen it is fun to cook and then to eat on the balcony. On the spot, everything worked out great and although we arrived at almost 4 hours late, the landlady was totally relaxed, nice and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in Rabac and will definitely come back.

This apartment is better than described. Good location with easy access to Rabac and Labin. The view from the balcony, and kitchen, dining area, and living room is stunning. The host is nearby and helpful. Couldn't ask for much more. BTW, bring protection from insects (no screens on windows or doors).

Schöne Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage! Toller moderner Wohn-/Küchenbereich. Das Highlight ist definitiv der große Balkon mit seinem phantastischen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Alles hat wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Aussicht war der Traum. Ja, die Treppen (ca. 500 Stufen) runter waren manchmal anstrengend (vor allem hoch), aber man gewöhnte sich rasch daran. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Zum zweiten Mal ganz toll

Wie schon 2023 konnten wir auch 2024 den Aufenthalt vollkommen genießen. Sauberkeit: top! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch funktional eingerichtet. Es war wieder perfekt, vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben zu viert Urlaub gemacht mit unserer 3 und 1 jährigen Tochter. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, genauso wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sie ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es hätte sogar noch Platz für mehr Gäste gehabt da die Wohnung sehr geräumig und gut geschnitten ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern war die Wohnung perfekt da sie auf einer Ebene ist. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. In Rabac hatten wir keinen Strand für uns gefunden, aber wenn man bereit ist 20 min zu fahren kann man tolle Strände bei denen man in der Nähe parken kann, mit flachem Einstieg und Schatten durch Bäumen finden. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Urlaub in einer für uns perfekten Wohnung!

Amazing !

Un excellent séjour ! Une vue incroyable, un appartement spacieux propre calme et fonctionnel avec place de stationnement. L accès à la plage se mérite au retour mais il y a aussi des parkings facile d acces. Un accueil très chaleureux, d une grande gentillesse et attentionné. Je recommande !

Fantastisk uge i Rabac

Vores familie på 2 voknse og 3 børn havde en fantastisk uge i Klaudias lejlighed. Lejligheden levede fuldt op til beskrivelser og billeder på VRBO. Positivt: - Gode muligheder for at lave mad i lejligheden - Stor terrasse med fantastisk udsigt - Masser af plads - Flere gode bademuligheder i området. Negativt: - Ikke noget. Hvis man er dårligt gående skal man dog forberede sig på stejl bakke fra strand/by til lejligheden.

Traumhafte Lage und sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung

Als wir die Wohnung betraten, waren wir überwältigt vom Blick auf das abendliche Rabac, Labin links oben auf dem Berg, dem Hafen, auf dem die Boote dümpeln und die wunderbar langgezogene Bucht. Das alles breitet sich vor dir aus und du kannst es genießen vom Balkon aus, der kaum einsehbar ist und vom großen Panoramafenster aus. Auch die beiden Regentage, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts Mitte bis Ende September erwischt haben, waren wunderschön in der sehr sauberen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da sich auf der Straße (Eingangsseite) gegenüber nur einige kaum benutzte Garagen befinden. Die Wohnung ist ideal geschnitten, da ein Raum mit breitem Bett und das zugehörige große Bad durch eine Tür vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt sind. Man kann sich also bei Bedarf auch gut ´mal zurückziehen. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist hervorragend. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Treppenproblem aufgrund der Höhenlage, das hier in den Kommentaren häufig erwähnt wird, ist da und man sollte es nicht unterschätzen. Um die Höhe zu bewältigen, kann man die langgezogene Straße unter Bäumen hinunter zur Promenade benutzen oder Treppen, die sich von Straße zu Straße hochschlängeln. Aber es gibt noch eine dritte Möglichkeit: das Auto! Wir sind den Weg einmal gelaufen, danach sind wir auf das Auto umgestiegen. Gleich oberhalb des Ortszentrums gibt es mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze, von denen man im September immer einen freien Platz findet. Sie sind sogar vom Balkon aus einsehbar. Auch etwa auf Höhe des Campingplatzes gibt es einige kostenlose Plätze. Von dort aus haben wir beispielsweise unsere Wanderung hinauf nach Labin begonnen. Rabac selbt, Promenade und Strandbuchten sind auch im September noch gut belebt; auch der eben erwähnte Weg hinauf nach Labin, was uns etwas überrascht hat! Es gibt aber in der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung sowohl am Meer als auch auf den Höhen noch echte Geheimtipps für ruhebedürftige Naturfans; das Vergnügen, diese zu finden, sei jedem selbst überlassen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen gelungenen Urlaub, von dem wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Wir kommen sicher beizeiten wieder. Es gibt noch viel zu erwandern und zu entdecken!

Einfach atemberaubend Aussicht und moderne Wohnung

Als wir in die Wohnung gekommen sind, wurden wir von der Aussicht erstmal sprachlos. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und komfortabel. Es wird alles eingehalten was versprochen wird, die Kommunikation ist einfach perfekt. Kurz vor Anreise wird eine WhatsApp-Gruppe erstellt, somit hat man jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Wir haben in der Wohnung nichts vermisst. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder nach Rabac. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Der Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche nach der ersten Woche ist ein toller Service. Auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine haben wir sehr geschätzt. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in Rabac.
