Das Haus ist wirklich toll und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch reichlich Handtücher standen zur Verfüfung. Der Pool, sowie auch die Klimaanlangen in jedem Raum waren einwandfrei. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Kontakt erfolgte ohne Probleme. Die Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen. Auf das Auto kann nicht verzichetet werden, jedoch befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie ein toller Strand in ca. 10 Minütiger Entfernung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Exceptionnel ! La villa est spacieuse, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Nous (2 couples et une ado) avons séjourné là-bas pendant une semaine et tout a été parfait. La piscine est magnifique et parfaitement entretenue. Rainer a été un hôte parfait. Très réactif et serviable, il fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Bref, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Entspannter Urlaub zum Genießen!

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Alles noch fast neuwertig vom Herd über den Backofen bis zu den Klimaanlagen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang an unkompliziert und wertschätzend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus, alles da, was man braucht; da merkt man, dass der Eigentümer es auch selbst nutzt. Vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es wurden viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool war toll - alles super.

Top-Urlaubsziel in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen super genießen und entspannen können! Die Anlage, der Pool und die Räumlichkeiten sind top in Schuss und sauber! Top ist auch die vollständige Ausstattung, von Gewürzen, über Müllbeutel und Geschirrtabs! Labin und Rabac (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und touristische Aktivitäten) sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend! Rainer hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles so ist, wie erhofft! Leider waren die zwei Wochen zu schnell vorbei!

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet es gibt genug Platz und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Außenanlagen und der Pool ist sehr schön.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett da wir Ihn kurz kennenlernen durften. Bei Fragen wird schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus/ Doppelhaushälfte mit schönem Pool. Sehr schöne Gegend und zum Strand sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Beide Restaurants in der Nähe sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit.
