*Groups of young people under 26 years old are not allowed.Located just 4 km from the pebble beaches and turquoise sea of Rabac, Villa Manola is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday surrounded by untouched nature. The villa is situated in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy and a beautiful view of the greenery.The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings and meals outdoors.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, a modern kitchen with a dining area, a fitness zone, and one bathroom. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and balcony, and the third with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom on the upper floor.Just 100 meters from the villa, there is a playground with swings, slides, and other equipment, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The town of Labin is only a 5-minute drive away, while Rabac, a popular tourist destination with organized beaches, restaurants, and bars, is just 4 km away. Distances: restaurant 1500m, shop 2000m, center 1500m, sea 4000m, beach 4000m, airport 40000m.
