Special place!

We spent a few wonderful days in the beautiful house in Ripenda Kosi, the view was breathtaking, the location of the house quiet and in beautiful nature. The welcome was very friendly and we were shown everything. The house is almost new and everything is furnished to a high standard - the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, so we really enjoyed staying in and cooking every day. The three bedrooms were tasteful and very comfortable and offered a marvelous view of the sea and the island of Cres. The adjoining bathrooms were particularly practical, so we didn't have to be too considerate of each other. We were with 2 little girls of 1 1/2 years and enjoyed the time because we used the pool and the beach volleyball court (more like a sandpit for the girls) every day. We were very lucky with the weather, because after a cloudy morning it always cleared up quickly and we enjoyed the bright sunshine on the terrace. I can highly recommend this beautiful house for family holidays.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The house was extremely spacious, well designed and with spectacular views. The location is very quiet and private, and a great place to retreat to. A 20 minute drive away there is sea kayaking, diving and other beach and water sports.

High-end vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Extraordinary journey!

Wunderschönes Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und Einrichtung. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar länger bleiben. Auch die Anmeldung der Benutzung der Poolheizung war super einfach und kostengünstig.

Fantastisk sted med en uforglemmelig udsigt! Allerede da vi ankom, blev vi mødt af den mest betagende udsigt ud over vandet – det første øjeblik tog virkelig pusten fra os. Huset var helt perfekt: smagfuldt indrettet, velholdt og med alt, hvad vi havde brug for til et afslappende ophold. Indtjekningen gik gnidningsfrit, og alt var i den skønneste orden. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der kleinen Villa in Velikosi! Das Haus ist nicht nur super sauber und modern eingerichtet, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – sowohl innen als auch außen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft, und die ruhige Lage mit absoluter Privatsphäre (kein Nachbar in Sichtweite vom Pool!) hat für totale Entspannung gesorgt. Die Zimmer sind ideal aufgeteilt, und alles war bestens ausgestattet – besonders das Bad war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Eine super schöne Villa mit allem was man sich wünscht. Bequeme Betten und zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad 😱 Sauna mit toller Aussicht . Die oberen Zimmer haben ebenso eine super Aussicht auf das Meer . Aber das aller beste ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer mit Pool . Beim Essen auf der Terrasse , kann man die ganze Zeit aufs Meer schauen und entspannen 😱😊 Sehr ruhig 😌 Kann ich jedem empfehlen der Luxus und Ruhe zum entspannen möchte

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Die Stimmungen auf dem Meer sind unglaublich - sei es vom Bett, von der Sauna oder vom Pool aus. Der gut geheizte Pool war anfangs Oktober Gold wert. Check-in und Kommunikation mit Francescos Team 1A. Und was nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf: wir haben noch nie eine so saubere Ferienunterkunft gemietet.. man getraut sich kaum was anzufassen;-). Insgesamt von A bis Z zu empfehlen. DANKE!!!!

Great stay!

Super Haus mit super Aussicht übers Meer. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein und war sehr sauber und nicht mit zu viel Chlor versetzt. Auf der Terrasse ist man ungestört da es keine Nachbarn gibt die aufs Grundstück schauen können. Haben die Sauna ausprobiert und es fehlte an nichts es waren sogar extra Sauna Handtücher vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und frisch erbaut. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir definitiv noch einmal dort Urlaub machen werden. Gerne wieder😊

Wir durften eine Woche in der schönen Villa verbringen, die Lage ist Top, sehr Privat mit tollem Meerblick. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Francesco spricht gut Deutsch, und war stets gut erreichbar. Preislich ist es immer so ne Sache, es war Hauptsaison, klar ist es in dieser Zeit auch gerechtfertigt, auch wenn es viel ist. Die 6km Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus ist ein wenig desolat und meistens Einspurig, da aber wenig Verkehr ist, klappt es gut mit dem Durchkommen. Ich wäre nicht abgeneigt nochmals zu buchen. Im Ort Labin findest Du große bekannte Einkaufsmärkte. Die Stadt Rovinj ist wunderschön und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Eine tolle und sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft mit fantastischer Aussicht und bester Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns gut erholt. Der Pool war bei den heißen Temperaturen herrlich und das gekühlte Zimmer zum Schlafen auch. Wie beschrieben zieht sich der Weg zum Haus etwas, aber man wird dafür belohnt! Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus war sehr modern und sauber.
