The living and sleeping areas are combined, so you can enjoy the stunning ocean view from both the bed and the sofa. The centerpiece of the apartment is the glass-enclosed loggia, which features a small dining table with two chairs—ideal for letting your gaze wander over the Baltic Sea while enjoying breakfast or dinner, no matter the weather.

The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa, a side table, and a TV—a pleasant place to relax, read, or watch movies. The sleeping area with a double bed is harmoniously integrated and also faces the window wall with a view of the outdoors.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped—including a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils. It’s not brand-new, but it’s well-maintained and functional, so you can easily cook for yourself even while on vacation.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet—compact, clean, and practical.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The apartment is smoke-free and pet-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your dog. An outdoor parking space is located right in front of the house.

The location is ideal: the fine-sand natural beach begins right outside the door. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and the spa gardens are all within walking distance.
