kleine aber feine Unterkunft

die Unterkunft ist klein und fein in einer Top-Lage (man ist schnell am Strand, an der Promenade und in der Stadt). Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Küchenzeilenbereich wären gut gewesen ;)

Renovierungsbedürftige unterkunft

Vom Appartementservice sind wir bessere unterkünfte gewohnt. Diese Wohnung ist sehr eng, offene Schlafgalerie war uns vorab nicht bewusst. Couch und Sessel sollten dringend erneuert werden, hatten zum teil kaputte Beine und waren fleckig, in die Dusche musste man klettern.

Horror-Trip

Nicht buchen !!! Die reinste Katastrophe!! Dreckig und total verwohnt!! Nach 1 Stunde schon das 1. x bei der Vermittlungsstelle gewesen. Das man die Wohnung nicht renovieren kann und die ganzen Möbel austauschen kann während diese vermietet ist, ok, aber den ganzen Dreck hätte man entfernen können. Habe 2 E-Mails geschickt mit Bildern und Erläuterungen über den Katastrophalen zustand des Objektes. Leider kann man hier keine Fotos einfügen. Objekt ist einfach zum Fremdschämen.

Osterurlaub

Zuhause ist da, wo immer Wind um die Nase weht. Es war wirklich toll mal wieder nach 2 Jahren an der Küste zu sein. Eine Woche ohne eine Wolke am Himmel einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos aus dem Internet,über Bewertungen wussten wir von der sehr steilen Treppe,so daß wir darauf eingestellt waren.Alles war sauber und sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir hätten uns etwas Spülmittel in der Wohnung gewünscht, damit man nicht alle Kleinigkeiten neu kaufen muss. Außerdem war das Bettlaken für das Beistellbett nicht sauber. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut.

Lage top

Saubere Wohnung, Lage zentral und nah am Strand. Treppe ist sehr steil, nicht besonders gut geeignet um kleinere Kinder im oberen Zimmer unterzubringen. Im unteren Schlafzimmer sind keine Regalböden in den Schränken, daher zu wenig Platz um die Koffer auszupacken. Insgesamt aber alles sehr nah an der Beschreibung und den Fotos dran.

Wir haben schon vers...

Wir haben schon verschiedene Wohnungen im Kapitänshaus und auch in anderenHäusern in Laboe gemietet. Das Apartment 16 haben wir gemietet, weil wir mit 3 Kindern eine größere Wohung gebraucht haben. Vorteile der Wohnung 16: Betten für 5-6 Personen, sehr schöner Balkon, Tiefgaragenplatz, sehr ruhig, sofortige Erledigung / Behebung von Problemen, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller.. Das könnte besser sein: Der Raum im Obergeschoss ist akustisch nicht abzutrennen. Falls man unten spricht oder fernsieht, stört das die Kinder, die oben schlafen (sollen). Das Bad ist relativ klein. Es gibt keinen separaten Platz für sden Staubsauger, Besen, etc. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir wieder das Kapitänshaus gebucht, diesmal eine größeres Wohnung.
