The fine sandy bathing beach and the wide sand banks in front of the beach are a very special event for children. You can swim in the shallow water and build castles with the white sand to your heart's content. And if it is a little colder, the seawater indoor pool provides a successful alternative.
A special highlight is the picturesque yacht and fishing port. Here you can buy freshly caught fish directly from the fishing boats, or take the steamer to the state capital of Kiel. Particularly worth seeing are the submarine U 995, the naval memorial and the marine biology station in the 42nd Nature experience space in Laboe.
With its wide range of games, sports and fun, Laboe offers unforgettable holidays for the whole family. Laboe is about 15 kilometers from Schönberg along the B502 towards Kiel. From a distance you can see the naval memorial, which you should definitely visit.
