Die Ferienwohnung ligt im 1. Stock mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Kieler Förde. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon frühstücken oder nachmittags gemütlich Kaffee trinken. Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet, im Schlafzimmer gab es 2 Einzelbetten so das wir lieber auf dem gemütlichen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genächtigt haben was auch abends und nachts einen tollen Ausblick über den verglasten Balkon auf die vorbeifahrenden schön beleuchteten Schiffe gab. Wir waren jetzt schon zum 5 mal in dieser Wohnung ünd würden sie immer wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Man sieht vom Balkon aufs Meer, ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Strand bzw. auf der Strandpromenade.
Wie schon vor Ort erwähnt, sollten die Stühle neu bezogen werden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca 30m vom Strand entfernt, man hat eine sehr gute aussicht auf die Kieler Förde.
Die Geschäfte und Bäckerei sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist sehr gut, wir sind Wiederholungstäter, diese Ferienwohnung hatten wir schon einige male und sind auch über Weihnachten/Silvester auch wieder dort.
Wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden Appartement Service Laboe auch weiterhin oft nutzen.

Das Bellevue liegt mit super Aussicht in laboe, insgesamt alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen … Schade das es kein meeresschwimmbad mehr gibt
Insgesamt ein Appartement mit viel Potenzial, aber es sollte einiges mal ausgetauscht werden , wie zum Beispiel die Betten aus Omas Zeiten, leider sehr tief und unbequem, ebenso die Toilette welche auch sehr tief ist… die Couch zwar neuer, aber sehr problematisch für Menschen mit rückenproblemen… leider fehlt die Spülmaschine….. viel nicht gelungener mix von alt und neu… schränke mit viel eigengeruch, da will man nichts reinhängen…ich denke die Eigentümer sollten mal drüber nachdenken . Nicht böse gemeint

Weihnachten/Silvester
Wir waren mal wieder über Weihnachten/Silvester in der Ferienwohnung 7 im Haus Bellevue.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort, die Aussicht auf die Ostsee ist super, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Für alles oben aufgeführte gibt es 5 Sterne

Herrlicher Ausblick
Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns super erholt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, der Ausblick auf die Förde, ggf mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang ist Spitze.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Haus befindet sich in einer super Lage und unser Appartement hatte Fördeblick.
Sehr funktional eingerichtet. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Einzelbetten im kleinen Schlafzimmer. In einem Bett war eine größere Matratze als reinpasst. Das sollte geändert werden.
Sehr kritisch sehe ich die Tiefgarage. Dort können nur Autos mit einer Gesamthöhe von 1.53m parken.
Das sollte unbedingt bei der Beschreibung mit angegeben werden, da in heutigen Zeiten ein sehr großer Anteil an höheren Fahrzeugen benutzt wird. (SUV u.s.w.)
Freie Parkplätze sind so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden.
Wir mussten dadurch zusätzlich mehrere Tage Parkgebühren zahlen.
Trotz der leinen Mängel kann ich Laboe und auch diese Appartement empfehlen.
