Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work .

We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights at room 508 it was unpleasant experience because the air conditioning was not functioning very well it was so hot and the staff was not attentive at all.. the room that I requested it was stated FOC for child below certain age but when we requested for extra towel they charged us 10 ringgit for 1 extra towel. Totally sucks

Really convenient for a work trip. Lots of local eateries around. Amenities and convenience stores too. And is very close to the ferry points if you need to travel out to the ships at the anchorage.

During booking (in the receipt mentioned Suite Room) but when arrived at the hotel they provided us with Superior King Room. Is it possible to Expedia to re-issue the new receipt for me to reflect the Superior King Room that been provided by Lazenda.

近くに自動クリーニング施設があり、汗をかいて帰ってきてもすぐに洗濯が出来る。着替えてを沢山持って行かなくて良いのが楽です。食べ物屋も周囲に沢山ある。また、ホテルのレストラン1階は昼食やコーヒーを飲むのに良いです。私はホットラテが気にいってます。朝食は、2階のレストランで静かに食べられるので良いです。

Strategic location, new ambient

Pricey compared to other shoplot hotels in Labuan, since it's still new, the overall conditions is good. Breakfast refill takes longer time, I have to just take whatever left as couldn't be bothered to wait.

Stay away from Junior Suite Rooms

Smelly at Junior Suite room perhaps due to no guest check in for sometime. Not secure at Junior Suite rooms block due to lack of security and public can just access. No refill of breakfast spread even it is before 9.00am.

食事は美味しくフルーツは新鮮で、カップのヨーグルトがあったのは良かったです。夜は近場のバーの音が大きいという人もいました。雨が降っても1階にはリーズナブルな洋風レストランがあるので楽です。

Comfortable hotel

Overall, it's a good hotel to stay in with minor flaws. One male receptionist should have been more friendly and informative to provide me with more details on how to obtain the receipt under my company's name instead of kept on insisting for me to contact Expedia right away.

Overall an average hotel with minimal amenities.

The hotel price is easy on the budget and services are on overall average. The lobby café "Mortar" was the only nice place in the hotel for one to chill out as it dishes out good local food as well as western fares at reasonable prices.
