“Very serene, lovely room and fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff. Wish we had stayed when the restaurant was open in the evening.”

“room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t……

“The rooms were ok, yet looked somewhat old and dated. The room bathroom didn’t have locks on the door and/or it was broken (it was the same for other guests rooms, as we travelled with another family). The duvet comforter on the main bed had no cover, but only a sheet over it (which didn’t always stay in place). The murphy bed didn’t have a duvet/comforter on it and there was not one for it in the room, so we had to ask the front desk for one, which one was brought (yet it also had no cover).……

“Our stay at Pinôt Boutique Hotel was sensational; warm greeting with a lot of thought put into every detail to ensure 5 star comfort. The decor, personalized service when it came to assisting us with restaurant reservations and other local activities, excellent cocktail service, spacious rooms and lockers to store our sport equipment are all part of the package. “J'avais réservé une chambre avec lit Queen et c'était un lit double. Le personnel désobligeants et très bête. Le bain était bouché, donc nous prenions notre douche avec un bain qui se remplissait d'eau. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas bien, ce qui fait fait que souvent nous devions rester avec une toilette remplis d'excréments ou d'urine. ”
