“TV signal was bad, could not watch anything, just got the processing circle on the screen. In bed with PJs, wanting to watch a movie. Called front desk, no answer after 20 rings. Waited 10 minutes, called again, no answer. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee gone, not refilled. Poor woman trying to keep up was super cranky with any questions, "Im here alone, trying my best". Need to staff better”
