A charming two-storyancestral house located in the heritage district in the heart of Lac-Mégantic. Friendly accommodation with a unique character. This house is a beautiful and warm gathering place, just steps awayfrom downtown, the lake and severalparks. You will find spacious bright rooms that are perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The layout of the house has been designed to be comfortable for multiple people. The accommodation is fully equipped and we provide coffee to start your stay!
The house is situated very close to the beautiful Parc des Vétérans and Lake Mégantic, within walking distance of all services. You will have access to the backyard, a large covered porch, and a few parking spaces. At the end of the street, a short walkaway, you can access the water for swimming and lauching your watercraft (kayak, paddleboard, etc.). In winter, there are cross-country ski trails nearby, activities on the lake, and mountain hikes.
The town of Lac-Mégantic is located in an International Dark Sky Reserve, near two national parks; Mont-Mégantic and Frontenac. The region is also renowned for its bodies of water, lakes and mountains.
Getting around by car is very easy from one destination to another, with ample parking available. Given our location, getting around on foot or by bicycle is also very convenient.
