Worst customer service ever seen. :-(

Property was well located and easy access. Cleaning was not so good we had to do laundry at 11h PM and 2 young children had to wait until 1AM to go to sleep. The worst part was when we tried to call service to get extra linings for the beds in question. Tthe apparently owner was not only rude but mainly arrogant, insulting us with very inappropriate language. In the end stay owner called us to insult us again and try to charge us for extra fees (scam) This owner should be removed from VRBO.

Deceiving ad

Check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was efficient. There is NO POOL!! They show you a picture of a public pool offsite. (Have to drive to it) The cottage floors were dirty from a previous party. Spider webs everywhere. The pool cues for the billiard table were broken. For 2700 for 2 nights it was SUPER over priced.
