You will be staying in a 4-room villa that spans 95 square meters. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the swimming pool. The villa features three bedrooms: one room with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another room with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), and a third room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The villa comes with a bath/shower, a separate shower, and two separate toilets. Heating is available for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a 60-square-meter roofed terrace with a south-facing position and an east-facing position, as well as an additional 50-square-meter terrace with a south-facing and east-facing position. The terrace is furnished with furniture and six deck chairs, offering a view of the swimming pool, garden, and forest.
