mooi huis , heerlijk zwembad en lekker rustig . Ruimte genoeg. Wij stellen geen hele hoge eisen, kan voor anderen wel tegenvallen, aangezien het nogal gedateerd is Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig tot zelfs een strijkplank. Ligt wel afgelegen. Boodschappen doen kun je doen met de auto in 10 minuten. Helaas geen wifi. bushalte is vlakbij. Kun je bijvoorbeeld voor net geen vijf euro heen en terug naar Bordeaux

Het is een mooi groot gebied met zowel zee als een groot meer. We werden goed en vriendelijk ontvangen en men nam de tijd om alles goed door te nemen. Jammer dat de receptie niet op het park zelf was, maar 3 km verder in het dorp. het zijn mooie grote huizen met zwembad met privacy. Eigen oprit met carport voor de auto. Bij binnenkomst huis valt meteen op dat deze huizen verouderd zijn en niet goed schoon gemaakt zijn. Matrassen zijn verouderd en vies. Buiten dit om is het een mooie rustige plek om vakantie te houden.

Prachtige omgeving. Villa's zijn heel rustig gelegen. Aan receptie bij aankomst gaat het vlot. We hebben de villa's reeds meerdere malen geboekt. Nu was het 7 jaar geleden en we vonden wel dat de villa aan kleine renovatie toe was. Badkamers opfrissen en beetje schilderwerk hier en daar en zeker nieuwe zetels nodig. Dan is het terug top zoals vroeger.

Er was ons gezegd dat de door ons te huren villa waarschijnlijk aan het begin van het park lag (tussen de vrij drukke Route de Baganais en de weg door het park.) Het bewuste huis was echter het kantoor (inderdaad redelijk veel verkeer). Wij kregen een huis midden in het park in een dal tussen 2 duinen in en het was echt heel rustig. De omgeving was erg mooi en het uitzicht op een dennenbos en een duin erachter was prachtig. Het huis was groot en ruim, maar de inrichting viel tegen (Ikea-achtig en zeer matige bedden) . De aanwezige huisraad was erg sober, alleen hoogst noodzakelijke zaken. Wel stoffer en blik, mop, stofzuiger, maar geen schoonmaakmiddelen. De wastafels van een gedeelte liepen zeer slecht door. Prettig was het dat er een kantoor was, dagelijks enkele uren open, waar je met vragen en klachten terecht kon. Waarom moet de schoonmaak 150 euro kosten? Bij Franse gites betaal je veel minder, Zo'n 40 à 50 euro. Tuin en zwembad werden goed onderhouden.

Prima lokatie met veel dingen te doen in de omgeving. Vlak bij prachtig meer en de zee. Prima service op het park. Het huis is okay, meer niet. Het is wel voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur, goede bedden en een mooi zwembad, maar de finishing touch ontbreekt volstrekt. Het is heel karig/kaal ingericht. Voor 8 personen bijvoorbeeld maar 4 harde plastic ligbedden bij het zwembad zonder kussens. Ook de eettafel buiten is van lelijk wit plastic en plastic stoeltjes zonder kussens. Mede hierdoor is uiteindelijk de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet in orde. Dat hebben we als vaste klanten veel beter gezien bij Topic Travel.
