「good stay」

「James was very helpful and responsive to messages in timely fashion. Dog friendly. Had anything needed ready for you. Nice facility with nice pool and restaurants. Quiet area. Deer were right by the cabin. Peaceful.」

「We love staying here! Great deck that is little dog friendly. Great location next to the pool, spa and restaurant. We come back every year.」

「Great spot!」

「Place was great and very pet friendly! Beds were comfy! We had dinner at Mel's on the Madison and the food was outstanding!」

「We loved staying here. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the large deck overlooking the lake, while watching the deer, woodchuck, and birds with the sun filtered by large oak trees. The cottage was wonderful with a nice space to relax and look out at the lake. The kitchen was well provisioned with abundant spices. The cottage is larger than it looks (a family of 4 would be very comfortable). The dock is large and a great place to spend time swimming or fishing. Our...

「The company that does the booking is called Evolve. This company is difficult to reach, to communicate with and we were unhappy with the lack of understanding we received. The owner contacted us a few times with basic information. The home is in a pod of homes and you can look into other homes windows. The house was clean and bed was fine. Parking was ok but you will get towed if you park on a gravel area closest to the house. It’s not a special place in any way. I wouldn’t be drawn to...

「Great communication from property owner 」

「Great home close to Fort Learnard Wood. House was perfect and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Check In was simple and the area was safe. We enjoyed to small home, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.」

「Pictures are very accurate, neighbor hood isn’t the best, plus there’s a blind corn at the end of the drive way but we never had an issue getting in or out, the bathrooms water pressure isn’t the best, fire pit was nice for sitting and relaxing.」

「Everything went off without a hitch. Would return!」

「Work well for my stay for a conference and golf.」

「We went to the Gasconade River for a group float last weekend, however we did not want to camp. Instead, we found this charming little guest house in a town we had never heard of. It was perfect! We were close to our friends, but had AC, a clean house and comfortable bed, and we were able to cook a meal. The host left a list of thrift stores in nearby Lebanon and we had a blast. Overall, it was perfect.」

「The place was perfect, it was just my wife and I for a romantic getaway for the weekend. Perfect size. The view of the lake from the deck was perfect as well. The only thing I’d say would be better was maybe having a light on the deck for evenings.」
