Great Place to stay

Stapleton concert

Perfect spot close to the venue. Great area close to bars and restaurants. Clean house. Made for a great short stay! Would definitely stay here again next time in New Hampshire! A+++

Perfect Location

Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70 a bit much I thought but guess it's convenience. Overall would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect and accommodated our family well. There was trash in the trash cans on our arrival and we were a little disappointed that the oven did not work following our night out at the NH Pavilion and our desire to heat up pizza! Beds were comfortable and the rest of the house clean!

50 wedding anniversary and styx concert

The property and house were well laid out and clean. Perfect for 3 couples easily and great AC (July). A little disconnect between VRBO and owner on check in details but that was easily resolved with direct contact to me from the owner of the property. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and well appointed. The air conditioners in every bedroom were great for a summer stay. Easy to find and easy to check. It was a great one night stay!

Slept on plastic and dried off with my t-shirt!

My husband and I, and our kids, all had to sleep on plastic covered mattresses….and after showering in the morning we had to use our clothes from the day before to dry off!😡😡😡 I think the owner or property manager put this house on VRBO before it was ready. It was clearly a quick house flip by someone that either didn’t have the money or ran out of money. When we chose to rent it, it was the only place to stay because of a big concert happening that night. The ad showed one picture of the front of the house, no reviews, and the only description was a 7 day minimum stay. I never received an e-mail with check in or out instructions. When we arrived, we found the house still in construction mode, with no towels or linens. It took me a while but I found the contact info for the management and asked about the linens. They responded saying we had to pay extra for those…which again, was not in the ad when I booked it, or in any email since I never received an e-mail from them about anything. And zero offers of bringing them to us that day. To say it was a bad experience is the biggest understatement of the year.

This home is nicely remodeled. The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the opportunity of saving some money by bringing our own linens and cleaning the house ourselves. I would definitely rent here again. Beautiful area close to Weir’s beach.
