The room was ok odd lay out with the bath room sinks in the main area not the bath room The pool area is really nice not to much for adults but it is great for kids The hotel is really set up well for families That being said you have to be ready for yelling screaming jumping running banging slamming, we had a family of what I thought had to be 10 but it turned out to be mom dad and 3 kids on the side and above us it sounded like river dance with some WWE A dash of NFL and a pinch of a horror movie I could ignore it I was actually rather impressed with their energy and durability with bangs and thuds that sounded as if they jumped from the roof followed by screams yelling and crying to suggest limbs may be missing there were no ambulances needed My wife on the other hand was not impressed All and all nice hotel

My fiance and I have stayed here multiple times since we me over a decade ago (and he and his family stayed in the 90s!). It is a perfect location to get away from the city and just relax and there is entertainment nearby and on property for the whole family. The amenities and grounds are a little dated but that just adds to the New England charm, in my opinion. The Hilltop restaurant has solid food and amazing service. You're in close proximity to Lake Winnipesaukee, about 30 minutes away from the Tilton outlets, and about 45 minutes away from the start of the White Mountain hiking trails. Cozy spot, good for families and couples. There was even a wedding up here this weekend!

This is a great property with many amenities and beautiful Mountain View’s. We have stayed here many times. The most recent time there was an issue and the water had to be shut off for some hours throughout the night. They ended up refunded us for that night which I thought was generous.

Great place fir fall colors

Resort has a log of activeities, we enjoyed the hiking trails, jacuzzi and pools. Room was clean, food at restaurant was delicious.
