- Living room open to the functional and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, filter coffee maker, Senséo, kettle, toaster...)
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine.
- 2 toilets, one independent and the second in a bathroom
- Enclosed garden, private, not overlooked with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
