“The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good.”

“Two nights ago, I stayed in 104 room. Before taking a shower, I saw a finger big insect with long legs on the towel……………………………………and all the towel feel like full of humidity! It’s a bit uncomfortable! ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The large pool had a lot of chairs to lounge in which was nice. The beach bar was nice and relaxing, and they had great drinks and appetizers. It is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants, and even had a close outdoor restaurant that had life music. You could walk from the train station, but we took a cheap uber because of my knee.”

“We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. We felt very safe, clean and comfortable in this beautiful guest house. We could feel Mr Leandro is running his guest house heartily, punctuality and treat all the……

“Great host. Big, clean, well stocked common space/ kitchen. A few stairs to get in/out but not a problem. Totally central, though on a tight side street. Food close, and both train station and cruise port shuttle walkable. Host had tons of info and was really available (we were late (10:30pm)) and he came right over. We would definitely stay again.”
