Many items to choose from- the usual continental breakfast. The beds are firm. Sea view is the best view of the town and churches and the sea too. Walking distance to pubs and nightlife. We went to Maggie Mays for live music. Old Granary for dinner. We will return here one day.”

“Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night. The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. We had some trouble with no heat in our room the first night. The staff was quick to respond to turn it on that evening; however, it didn't get/stay on, so it never warmed up, and……

“We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port.”

“The hotel is older and could use updating. Landscaping appears to be overgrown in some areas. Outside our window was an old grocery cart and a piece of fencing. Not sure why it was there. Parking was limited and there was no air conditioning. Showers were very small.”

“Very cozy cottage, most comfortable bed in the world! Loved the location and all the farm animals, especially the cute dogs. Maybe the kitchen needs some new and more pots and pans, cooking spoons and bowls. Looking forward to the next stay.”

“We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but were given a pleasant impression once we arrived inside. Clearly the owners care about their guests as the place was left super clean for us and very well equipped, including some generous goods including breakfast items and a carton of milk which was much appreciated. For these reasons I have to give huge props to those who own the caravan and put in effort to create a positive experience for their guests.”
